"We took our time creating this bubbly, which has paid off. This is the “Real Deal” classic sparkling wine. The bubbles push a subtle toasted bread and yeastiness through the crisp green apple - and some very mellow pear, too. The lip-smacking citrus notes are endless including Key Lime, lemon zest, and lemon curd. This bubbly has beautiful, bright acidity which makes it a prime pairing for food."
