Winemaker Notes:
"The Barbera come from a few rows of very old vines on the Montemarino vineyard. The rest of the grapes are from a selection of parcels. This is by far the most structured, serious wine in the Ulivi lineup.
Starting in 2018, a significant proportion of the grapes destined for this cuvee are now being used in a new wine called "Le Mat du Raisin". An average annual production, once around 6500 bottles, has now been reduced to around 4000 bottles."
