"The 2012 Pinot Noir The Knife Edge matured for 15 months in 20% new oak and has a lovely bouquet: vivacious redcurrant and black cherry scents combined with cold granite and smoke. The palate is medium-bodied with very supple tannin, clean and pure dark cherry fruit and a sensual finish that glides across the mouth. This is a very fine Pinot Noir and comes highly recommended."
