Winemaker Notes:
"This all natural Cab was produced without any chemicals and although the label says Contains Sulfites, no Sulfur was used in the production of this wine (TTB label approval was obtained prior to finishing). Extended barrel aging with 26 months in 100% French Oak + laid down for 36 months in bottle has resulted in a nose that is incredibly complex: black cherries, black berries, sage, mint and a hint of Eucalyptus.
The rich density of the wine has just the right tannins on the palate, earthy, tobacco and graphite."
