Winemaker Notes:
"Intense fruity aromas, with special nuances of wild cherry. On the palate it has a persistent peppery, spicy character. Pairs well with white meat and seafood. A blend of 60% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara from vineyards that sit just east of the cooling influence of Lake Garda. Vines are planted at 150 meters above sea level to morainic soils. Fermentation and maceration take place over 10 days. The wine is then aged exclusively in stainless steel until March following the harvest."
