Winemaker Notes:
"We de-stemmed the grapes to 70% whole berries and left 30% whole-cluster followed by a cold-soak for five days before initiating fermentation. The grapes underwent a slow maceration, totaling 21 days. A gentle pressing followed and the wine aged in neutral French oak barrels for 17 months. This vintage produced a wine with dark cherry, plum, spice, and herbal aromas, rounded by soft tannins with a dark velvety color. Please let this wine breath before enjoying. Cheers."
